A 30-year plus veteran of the cable industry, Brown brings indispensable knowledge and insight as he leads the charge to grow content distribution for REVOLT across traditional cable systems as well as broadcast, syndication, AVOD, SVOD, TVOD and emerging content platforms, worldwide.
Prior to REVOLT, Brown spent a large part of his career working for Disney/ESPN in various leadership roles. During his most recent position at ESPN, Brown served as Senior Vice President, Multicultural Content Development. Additional responsibilities during Brown’s tenure at ESPN included general management of ESPN High School and ESPN Woman events, television and digital video business; and leading the development and implementation of the acquisition strategy for the formation of ESPN high school business unit that included acquiring and integrating 4 businesses into one cohesive unit.
Brown spent a majority of his years with Disney/ESPN on the Affiliate team where his last position was leading Disney and ESPN Field Sales as Senior Vice President – U.S. and the Caribbean.
Brown is the Co-Owner and Co-Founder of ALFA Worldwide LTD, an online custom-tailoring business where he leads the marketing and business development efforts of the company.
Brown currently serves on the boards for National Association for Multi-ethnicity in Communications (NAMIC) and Sophie’s Voice Foundation. He received his Bachelor of Arts in business administration and management from the University of Maryland.
